Product care linen bedding

Our pure linen bedding is a great choice that should give you lasting pleasure. Crafted to be exceptionally breathable, the linen is lightly woven. Additionally, an enzyme soft wash gives it a plush and distinctively comfortable feel.

To maintain its quality and ensure the best experience, we recommend adhering to the following care instructions.

Airing

Given its high absorbency, it is crucial to air your linen bedding daily. Each morning, open your duvet to let the natural fibres breathe and rejuvenate, preserving the freshness and comfort of your bedding.

Pure linen is highly absorbent. It is therefore essential to pull your duvet open every morning, so as to enable its natural fibers to breathe and rejuvenate.

Flax fluffs

The pure linen bedding is made of natural flax, comprising both long and short fibers. At every stage of the manufacturing process, short fibers (lint) are removed, but some may remain in the finished product. These will quickly separate and fluff up after first use.

During the first few washes, wash your bedlinen separately from other materials, as you don’t want the lint to end up on your other items. For the same reason, wash duvet covers and pillowcases inside-out, as lint might creep into the corners.

You do not need to wash the bedding linen before first use.

Washing

Machine wash at low temperature Machine wash at a gentle cycle, on a low to medium temperature (30° – 40°C).
Higher temperatures tend to wear linen out faster.
Wash with like colors to prevent color transfer
Machine wash at low temperature Avoid bleach, enzyme and aggressive cleaning agents or detergents. These would weaken the fabric and fade its colours.
Machine wash at low temperature Air-dry in the open. For a soft feel, finish with a quick tumble dry on low.
Machine wash at low temperature Ironing is unnecessary and might even undo its special wrinkled character. Ironing is best limited to the seams.
