If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 14 days of receipt. Please note the following terms and conditions apply:
Return Conditions
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Free items received as part of a promotion must be returned as well. If the qualifying conditions for the promotion are no longer met after the return, the full list price of the free item will be deducted from the refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of partial returns, shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Actual cost of shipping may be deducted from refund if conditions for free shipping are not met after partial returns or in case of full returns.
- The customer is responsible for organising and paying for the return shipment, or for covering the cost of a return label if one is provided. The seller is not obliged to supply a return label.
Return Procedure
- Customers must first request a return through our return request form.
- The items to be returned must be listed in detail.
- Upon approval, a return number will be provided. This number must be clearly indicated inside the return package.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been received and inspected.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Custom Orders
- Custom-made or made-to-measure items are not eligible for return unless defective.
- Minor variations due to fabric behaviour are not considered defects and are subject to the general terms and conditions regarding acceptable tolerances.
Exchange
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- If you wish to exchange an item, please mention this when requesting the return.
